Eating a healthy breakfast is one quick trick to help you stick to your new plan. Start your day the 3-A-Day way, and try these tips to fill up on nutrition and kick-start your metabolism moving.

  • Try cheesy scrambled eggs with whole wheat toast and orange wedges.
  • For an “on-the-run” breakfast, try a half of whole-wheat bagel topped with peanut butter and banana and a Café Latte make with 1 cup fat free milk.
